Creating a greener future, one compost unit at a time.

Our Story
For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a strong calling to reduce and recycle waste. Living in Bhutan, I saw firsthand how organic waste was piling up, harming the environment and affecting daily life. Those observations pushed me to dig deeper, and I began reading articles online, learning how waste could be turned into something useful. But it was only after meeting someone who taught me how to compost properly that everything started to click. That knowledge gave me the foundation to shape my own approach, one rooted in research, practice, and a vision for change. What began as curiosity has grown into a journey of building a business with purpose: transforming waste into resources, supporting farmers, and strengthening local communities while staying profitable.

1

COLLECTION & SORTING

Gather organic waste from households, markets, or farms, separating it from plastics, metals, and other non-biodegradables.

2

PRE PROCESSING

Chop or shred larger waste materials to increase surface area for faster decomposition.

3

UNIT CONTRUCTION

Made from affordable materials and easy to set up and take down after it's done.

4

FILLING AND COMPOSTING

Fill with equal thirds of dry organic material, manure, and wood chips. Maintain optimal moisture (70%), aeration, and temperature to speed up microbial activity. –

5

BACK TO THE SOIL

The end product improves soil structure, boosts nutrient availability, strengthens roots, supports disease resistance, and enhances long-term soil health—along with many more benefits like better moisture retention and a richer soil microbiome.
